"sarcasm and infantile behaviour"

Trip Verified | The front facing staff show little evidence of ability in customer service. They are unfriendly and become belligerent in an immature manner when feedback is given about the poor facilities at this lounge. An example is a request to use the one shower. They tell you it is occupied and expect you go find the cleaners every 20 minutes to go see if it is free. A suggestion that they might have a waiting list and let passengers know when it is free was met with dismissive and I couldn't careless reactions. This airport has a long way to go to understand how to do customer service. If you want sarcasm and infantile behaviour, you can talk to your kids I guess. But not what you want here.

"lounge is a shameful offering"

Not Verified | This marks the first time I have left a lounge to seek peace, quiet, and electrical outlets in the main concourse. This lounge is entirely enclosed without a single window. At 09:30 it was overcrowded. My first choice was sparkling wine - no luck. Second choice was a rum and coke - no rum. The food options were meager, nothing warm and little that was appetizing. The escalator up to the lounge was out of service, and there was no elevator. How does the EU permit a public facility that is handicap inaccessible? The only saving grace to an otherwise dismal experience was the pleasant, good humor of the entrance staff. This lounge is a shameful offering, particularly in comparison to the Sala Montvale in the international gates of MXP.

"It is not a bad lounge"

Trip Verified | Lisbon Blue Lounge. It is not a bad lounge, since we can’t find too much people here sometimes is the better choice in all airport for different reasons. The Ana Lounge is sometimes full of people and the food is almost the same in the Blue Lounge. Bathroom of the Blue lounge is 3 times bigger than the TAP lounge and the TAP lounge have at least 10 times more passengers. Wi-Fi works fine. Chairs and sofas available, power for computers is also available. The food is the usual fast food, etc, but the lounge is quiet and in my opinion for resting and Wi-Fi the best at this point in time in Lisbon. In 5 days I was twice on this lounge one by the Aeroflot and the other one by air Europe. Both of the times I was received with a smile and a warm welcome.

"Amazing quality on food"

Trip Verified | Amazing quality on food! Organic choices, wines, drinks, the food choice is just wow, they even have posters saying only to eat here, not allowed to take to the Plain (or home). Nice chairs, plenty of space to walk, to work, many Power connections to computers. Wi-Fi works but they can improve a little, space for improvement on the Wi-Fi .Toilets are clean and functional. Reception people can be better, they need some training, all the times I come here is a line (3 or 4 minutes) maybe I come in the wrong hour.

"have to ask for hot water"

Verified Review | The lounge location is not easily known immediately because it is on the corner and on a different floor with the departure area. The lounge attendant asked me whether I was a business class passenger or not, because the lounge was only for business class passengers; then I replied that I am an economy class passenger but a priority member; then the officer asked for my membership card. It should be without questioning that, the officers already know from the boarding pas I give there is a sign of membership priority. For hot drinks like coffee and tea, have to ask for hot water from a bartender-type officer, it feels more comfortable if you can directly access your own hot water.

"Good drinks and service"

Verified Review | Terminal 2 Air Europa lounge. Good food, WIFI also good. Good drinks and service, a lot of choice. Is a good lounge. Reception also kind Fresh food, and a lot of fruit, wine choices beers etc.
