Singapore Changi Airport

Currently sitting in E7 terminal 1. It smells like the place has not been cleaned in ages. When told to officers here they say cleaning work is going on. It was the same case 4 months back. If terminal cannot maintain carpets please don't use them.

Singapore Changi is the most efficient airport in the world hands down. Yes it is not the most impressive architecture but it is certainly one of the most well-run and organised airport. The signage are adequate and choices for food are similarly sufficient. Both immigration and custom are efficient. The washrooms are spotlessly clean! My experience at Singapore Changi is thus a simple testimony of what this society is all about - efficient and organised.

I know this sounds boring but I fully agree with almost everyone - this is the best airport I have been to or through. Everything works. Everything is designed for the traveller. A pleasant environment bright cheerful and clean helpful staff interesting things to do and great value transit accommodation. The operational side is equally impressive with check-in security immigration baggage systems all working really well and very little queuing. The linkage between the terminals is so easy. I often use Changi as my hub between Australia and most other places and have never been disappointed. Congratulations Singapore on being world best practice perhaps you could send your people to European and Australian airports to teach them how it should be done.

A beautiful clean and efficient airport especially Terminal 3 which is probably the best anywhere. The check in for Singapore Airlines was so easy and painless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very welcome change after Miami and LA International.

What a great airport easy to navigate no queues at check in if departing no queues for immigration if arriving or departing and the bags already going round on the carousel when we got to it! One slight issue though while getting something to eat in the food court in terminal 2 a large cockroach came out of a vent and set off across the floor followed a few seconds later by another!

CGK-SIN. Arrived on T3 and it is as good as you would expect from this airport. Great airport facility spacious boarding room clean toilet and fast immigration. Immigration staff not quite friendly but still acceptable. Airport mall is great wide variety of food and shop Good transportation to various kind of destination in SG with SMRT. Overall Changi is the best airport I have visited and I will always look forward to my visit here.

The best airport I have been to and I have experienced dozens and dozens of them. Arriving at SIN early morning after a long 27 hr trip from LAX before my connecting flight to KL I was able to take advantage of a leisurely shower rested and refreshed after a nap in the relaxation lounge all rejuvenated and ready to carry on with my trip as a transit passenger. Arriving into the city was just as easy and efficient.

Changi is among the best airports if not the best in the world. The range of shops and services for those in transit are excellent and arrival and departure processes are a breeze. It is a fantastic airport in every respect and other airports should really be striving for this level of service. Changi is a great ambassador for Singapore.

Arrive at 3pm managed to clear immigration within 1 minute despite a long queue at Terminal 1 . This airport feels fresh every time I come here. Consequently I return here frequently.

Flight from Australia arrives at 11.28pm disembarkation within 10 minutes immigration clearance less than 1 minute duty free for just 2 minutes and bags on the belt just 10 minutes after disembarkation. Taxi from the airport to home at 11.54pm - just 6 minutes shy of midnight. This airport is the gold standard for all self- respecting airports to aspire to attain.
