I am writing this because we are currently having a bad experience of Nimes Airport. This is the worst airport experience I've ever had. The main problem is the lack of basic logic used in relation to the queuing/check in system. In very small writing, one queue is marked as 'bag drop'. If you mistake this for the queue to go through to security (which many did) then you get turned away by a disinterested staff member and told to join the other queue. Even if you do check in luggage, you can't go through the door to security. Instead of utilising the many potential entrances, they were determined to make everyone in the airport form one queue (and not for lack of staff). If the airport read this then I would suggest letting people go straight through at that point? And make your signs clearer? Once through security you are welcomed with a lovely waiting room. Phew.
