"worst terminal I have been in"
Herman Schoonhoven (Netherlands)
The worst terminal I have been in. Departure Friday April 29. Whoever designed the traffic routing is an absolute madman. The last kilometre took about 1 hour with traffic crisscrossing all over the place. No space to drop people off so everyone had no choice but to block the road. Lots of people panicking because they were about to miss their flights, stumbling with their suitcases over the motorway. Once inside the air-conditioning did not appear to work, it was extremely hot. Poor wifi. Never again will I choose an airline that uses terminal 3, I will go for terminal 1.

"felt a genuine sense of hospitality"
Joshua Ferido Mejia (Singapore)
I went on holiday to Manila from 21-26 April 2016. I departed for my return journey back to Singapore from NAIA Terminal 3 and had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival at the departure hall there were porters who helped carry my luggage, I felt a genuine sense of hospitality. Prior to the access into the departure hall, we had to go through security screening. This was a pleasant experience and security staff greeted me "Good Morning Sir, Welcome to NAIA Terminal 3 and We hope to see you again". After this, I proceeded to the airline counter for the normal check in. Check in staff were helpful and ensured passengers did not have to wait in line for long.

"power failed"
Bella Gong (Australia)
The date was 2nd April, 2016. Power failed at 8.50pm. All in total darkness. Passengers used mobile phone light to use toilets. All access in and out of airport blocked by security. Access to food area blocked by security. No food and water for passengers and families with small children for 5 hours. No announcements were made. Air conditioning failed. No stand by generators. The place was sweltering. No one in charge of such a busy airport. Tens of thousands of passengers lined outside the airport had no water or toilets. Children were screaming everywhere. Power restored after 5 hours. Just imagine that this is a very busy international airport. No one will be held responsible for such poor service. Really awful.

Manila Airport customer review
Jeremy Joson (Philippines)
Our flight from Manila was delayed for 3 hours because of traffic congestion. We were the first 9:00am flight from Terminal 4 but we departed at 12:00. Staff didn't offer help to push the wheelchair provided for both departure and arrival. Arrival was also poor - we waited 20 minutes for the plane to touchdown and another 15-20 minutes for a gate. If you don't want to waste your time, use PAL for T2 which is a lot better because it has more gates.

"fast WiFi a plus factor"
1 reviews Blessy Gee Gonzales (Philippines)
Manila airport Terminal 3 is good compared to the other terminals. Seems to be properly managed by the staff in terms of cleanliness. Signage is good and there are a lot of shopping options but these are expensive. A real plus factor was the fast WiFi connectivity inside the terminal.

"clean bright and inviting"
Stephen Fitzpatrick (Australia)
Arrived and departed Terminals 1 and 3. Arriving at both terminals to catch a flight we were met with long queues but paying for a porter gets you priority treatment right through to the check-in desk. Both terminals are clean bright and inviting. The change in Terminal 1 is amazing. I couldn't believe it was the same terminal as a few years back. Lots of shops and eateries and no staff touting for money. The big complaint I have is the wait once you are on the plane. The airline blames NAIA which claims there is traffic congestion. Departing to Brunei we sat at the gate for nearly 6-minutes before we could start our engines and another 30 minutes to finally take off. There needs to be a new system put in place for managing aircraft traffic. Other airports can manage it. Overall, the terminals are a huge improvement

"airport was clean"
1 reviews Monica Respicio (Philippines)
Security queue to get into Manila airport was very long and some passengers cut in line and the staff doesn't seem to care at all. When we got inside - the airport was clean. The line to check-in our baggage is not that long and our boarding pass was quickly given to us by the ground crew. There are a lot of seats while we're waiting for boarding. The other facilities inside the airport was good and clean as well.

"security was a breeze"
Diego Pili (Philippines)
As expected, there was a long line of passengers entering the terminal but once inside, the space was big enough to accommodate passengers. There was no line at the check in and security was a breeze. Enough food and shopping establishments in departures. Our gate was separated from the other gates so again enough room for all passengers.

"seating is limited"
1 reviews Rene Michau (Hong Kong)
Terminal 2 is simply awful. We were transiting so went straight from the plane into the terminal area. All food vendors accept PHP Cash Only so it is not possible to buy food or drinks unless you happen to be carrying pesos. There is no international ATM to withdraw PHP or a travelex to exchange currency. In addition there are no drinking water taps or fountains. The terminal is poorly air conditioned and seating is limited. It is really only geared towards locals departing so if you are not a local do not transit Manila with PAL. There is only a Mabuhay lounge which does not offer pay per use or paid membership so basically you have no alternative but to be hot, hungry, thirsty and uncomfortable whilst waiting for your flight. Thankfully my 5 year old and 11 year old are seasoned travellers. The only redeeming feature was the kind staff of PAL and the free wifi.

"not that crowded"
Rhina Hao (Philippines)
Terminal 3 in the morning has a long line outside of the airport. Terminal 3 has a good air conditioning. Not that crowded yet. The waiting area is in a basement so you can't see any views. There are food stalls at the airport which is good for us waiting for boarding. The seats have cushions but are not comfortable enough to sleep into it. The speaker or the audio for the announcements are too low, so we couldn't hear much.
