✅ Trip Verified | Philadelphia to Chicago. This flight crew didn’t care if anyone made their connecting flight. We were supposed to take off at 1:30 then it’s was 1:50 then it turned into we took off at 3:59 and landed at 5 we sat on a plane for 5 plus to get no one. No flight attendants could help all they said was talk to someone there and didn’t really care. We missed our connecting flight by hours.

Not Verified | Chicago to Tel Aviv. This airline refunded our tickets with no notification! We arrived to our destination but as our vacation came to an end and we arrived to the airport they said our ticket home was refunded. When In fact we bought these tickets round trip and they are in fact non refundable, so it canceled our trip home and we received no money in return. Therefore my sister and I are stranded in a foreign country. We tried to work with the airline company but they’re no help at all and will say anything to push you off the phone. I would not recommend this airline. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way they are handling these situations.

"whole ordeal caused a rush"

✅ Trip Verified | Albany to Columbus via Newark. Horrendous. First, they failed to provide adequate tickets needed to board, which caused a slight delay. I checked my luggage in. They then ran after me and forced me to take the lock off of my bag. Now, my property is subject to theft. That does not sound right. Coming off the flight in Newark, we are pushed onto a bus. I verbally told the surrounding crew that my next flight departs in 20 minutes. They were dismissive and ordered me to simply get on the bus. I had no other choice but to comply. I'm with my 6 year old child. This whole ordeal caused a rush, resulting in an inability to feed my child. I asked several people if there were meals provided. They assured me there were. When we boarded, I inquired again, only to be laughed at.

✅ Trip Verified | New Orleans to Los Angeles via Houston. So in New Orleans flight was delayed because of weather about 30 mins. Here in Houston over an hour delayed because an attendant hasn't arrived. What an irresponsibility. For 1 person whom is not the Captain we are waiting. Who knows if they delay it more. Bad bad.

✅ Trip Verified | San Francisco to Tel Aviv. The airplane is ok and the premium economy have better seats. But the staff is very angry and rude. No smile. Once they even pushed me because she wanted to pass but there was children in front of me and I almost fall on him. . Will never fly with them again.

Not Verified | Honolulu to San Francisco was the worst flight of my life. I am so mad right now because i couldn't move my legs the slightest between the small and arched chairs. I mean arched as in all the economy seats were straight up (90 degrees) and with the “curve” on the seat it felt like it was leaning me forward forcing me to use my back. I couldn't sleep at all. Speaking of customer care, the least an airline can do to better the experience is offer bottles of water. We have to use our own devices to watch movies when other airlines are up to date with screens especially on a big carrier.

✅ Trip Verified | Buffalo to Newark. I've flown United Airlines several times now, and it is consistently a miserable experience. The flights are never on time and there is never any notice given of that. I'm on hour 6 of waiting for my flight home, after my flight here was cancelled and I was bumped to a flight 24 hours later. When I'm only taking a 2 day trip, losing a day isn't an option. And I still haven't been notified that my flight 48 hours ago was cancelled. Its amazing that such a terrible business can still exist and not change any of its practices, nor care about the impact that it is having on its customers.

✅ Trip Verified | San Francisco to Honolulu. This airline is overall a terrible experience. Had a 3+ hour delay with no reasoning from United whatsoever. Wasted my time and vacation. This airline is a joke of a company and everything that functions with this airline is WAY below average. Not to mention, trash entertainment and in flight experiences. Do NOT waste a penny on this sorry of an airline. Dear united, fix everything. You guys are sorry.

Not Verified | Boston to Chicago. I must say I am very disappointed by United Airlines all the way around. The first thing is we where over an hour late leaving Logan with no announcement as to why the plane was there in the terminal and arrived on time then when we almost got to Chicago they said if we had gotten here earlier we wouldn’t have got stuck in this weather so now we are landing in Kentucky which resulted in us missing our flight to Dallas. Then the United staff at Ohare was very rude and wouldn’t accommodate us with a hotel for my pregnant wife and two kids saying it was due to weather which wasn’t fully the case. Then they have us 200 dollars in food vouchers and then we couldn’t use them on the plane the next day when we left the in flight staff treated us like we were welfare recipients when we asked. The overall customer service was poor and I’ll never use United again if they had compensated us I might have changed my mind but they didn’t and had a nasty attitude with me and my family about doing so.
