✅ Trip Verified | Redmond to Newark via San Francisco. I am completely giving up on the ridiculous airline. I have yet to have one positive experience. Everything from cancelled flights, to extremely delayed flights, to sitting on the tarmac, bad service, poor planes and now I was refused to be let on my plane, when I still had 45 mins before departure on a domestic flight. The flights may be a little cheaper than some, but it’s not worth it. Especially when half the time you don’t make it to your destination at the time given. If negative 10 for a rating was available I would give them that !

✅ Trip Verified | Houston to Philadelphia. I do not recommend this company to anyone at least if you have a no choice. Flight was delayed 4 hours without any apology! Customer service horrible! My had my little dog with me and company treats people and animals like trash!

✅ Trip Verified | Los Angeles to Mammoth. I hate this airline. I will never fly with United Airlines again. Expect to be delayed 6 hours. Unbelievable. I’m very disappointed I missed a wedding rehearsal due to the delay.

✅ Trip Verified | Reno to Raleigh Durham via Denver. The customer service at United is absolutely terrible. There is no help, hours on hold to talk to representatives with a disconnect at the end. No customer service at the airport either. The sold me a ticket where I couldn't even take a carry-on bag.

✅ Trip Verified | San Francisco to Chicago. United is the worst airline of all time. I have more on-time experiences with Spirit and Frontier than I do with this airline. If you’re flying this airline make sure you fly direct. You’ll miss your connection 50% of the time

Not Verified | Denver to Albuquerque. Horrible experience all around. The person at the desk switched us from gate to gate, while makeing a big deal about being at work for 5 hours. She argued with me about my seat being unsigned and it latter caused a small problem when I was trying to board. The airlines itself is just scamming people for more money when it comes to checking bags. You're only allowed one carry on bag... and forced to check the other for $30 or more. This is the worst time I've ever had with any air line and a waste of money. And the flight was delayed.

Not Verified | We took a flight with United Airlines on August 1 2019 from Detroit to Newark. The staff was extremely rude. They would not even make eye contact when speaking to you. I was very disappointed, no wonder they have 3/10 reviews. I wonder if anyone reads this. It looks like there is a trend.

✅ Trip Verified | Philadelphia to Chicago. This flight crew didn’t care if anyone made their connecting flight. We were supposed to take off at 1:30 then it’s was 1:50 then it turned into we took off at 3:59 and landed at 5 we sat on a plane for 5 plus to get no one. No flight attendants could help all they said was talk to someone there and didn’t really care. We missed our connecting flight by hours.

Not Verified | Chicago to Tel Aviv. This airline refunded our tickets with no notification! We arrived to our destination but as our vacation came to an end and we arrived to the airport they said our ticket home was refunded. When In fact we bought these tickets round trip and they are in fact non refundable, so it canceled our trip home and we received no money in return. Therefore my sister and I are stranded in a foreign country. We tried to work with the airline company but they’re no help at all and will say anything to push you off the phone. I would not recommend this airline. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way they are handling these situations.

✅ Trip Verified | Albany to Columbus via Newark. Horrendous. First, they failed to provide adequate tickets needed to board, which caused a slight delay. I checked my luggage in. They then ran after me and forced me to take the lock off of my bag. Now, my property is subject to theft. That does not sound right. Coming off the flight in Newark, we are pushed onto a bus. I verbally told the surrounding crew that my next flight departs in 20 minutes. They were dismissive and ordered me to simply get on the bus. I had no other choice but to comply. I'm with my 6 year old child. This whole ordeal caused a rush, resulting in an inability to feed my child. I asked several people if there were meals provided. They assured me there were. When we boarded, I inquired again, only to be laughed at.
