"Baggage didn't arrive"

Trip Verified | Tel Aviv to Zurich. Baggage didn't arrive. They say they will send it later. I don't have a coat now, and it is snowing outside. No compensation, no support. Tried to contact their costumer support many times, no answer, no help.

"great wines, great seats"

Trip Verified | Zurich to Sao Paulo. Just a marvelous time, from the smile at check-in, departure on time, delicious new menu with very original dishes, great wines, great seats (14D), plus a large choice of movies, in many languages. A constant attention form the crew, including toilet cleanliness. LX crew are always more smiley. As I suspected rows 14 and 15 are much quieter than others. Mystery of B777-300 acoustics.

"I wasn’t asking for a lot"

Trip Verified | Zurich to Barcelona with Swiss Airlines! The pilot removed a drunk passenger and then we were rerouted due to air controller strike in France. None of that was their fault. However, my connecting flight was leaving at 3.20pm. I was supposed to have a 2 hr layover but since we were late I only had 20 min to get to my gate. I asked the flight attendants if I could be let off first to make my connection. They said ‘no’ and I missed my flight and had to cancel that entire leg of my trip. I wasn’t asking for a lot. I’ve seen that done dozens of times. Swiss Air just didn’t care. Can’t accommodate customers with the simplest of requests. I will never fly again.

"can recommend flying Swiss"

Trip Verified | Moscow to Miami via Zurich. It's higher than normal -good. The flight starts at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, most common airport for foreign airlines in Russia. It is not worst airport, but not my favorite (it's Sheremetyevo SVO). Airport has some lounges, and couple of Star Alliance lounges - Lufthansa, Austrian and Swiss, if you fly Swiss, you can only use their lounge. The lounge is really small, few places to seat, and nothing special. A320 has European Business Class, so it's Economy, but the middle seat is empty. I dislike that type of Business Class, but the service onboard a little corrected a situation. The crew was very friendly and nice, food was great and they also have Swiss chocolate for any class onboard. If you need a blanket or a pillow you need to ask the crew. The flight was great, than we had a 2-hours stopover in Zurich, the airport is really great as a Swiss Business Class Lounge, after 2 hours, we board A330, the plane was 6,5 years old. And business class on this type of aircraft was also good, but he seats are too close to each other, it is little bit uncomfortable to access to aisle but it's cosy. The seats converts to the full-flat bed and it's comfortable to sleep on. Crew was good, but not more. Food was very delicious, and they also provide some Swiss chocolate and Swiss ice cream - Movenpick which is one of the best in my opinion. Swiss provide big fluffy pillow and big blanket which is great, and standard amenity kit. I can recommend flying Swiss!

"one of the worst flights"

Trip Verified | Munich to Zurich. Never again Swiss! This was one of the worst flights ever I made. First, they changed the gate 4 times. Then the aircraft had technical problems. It was a hot summer day and they didn't have switched on the air-conditioning system. I think it was at least 30 degrees. I asked for some water but they just said, that they wouldn't provide anything on this short flight. Finally, we left Munich with 1h30 delay and I was all sweaty. The only good thing was the new plane on this flight.

"Service was excellent"

Trip Verified | Tel Aviv to London via Zurich. I have just flown 4 aircrafts Tel Aviv to London and back. The 2 longer flights were excellent we had a Female Pilot. Service was excellent, so was food and beverages and entertainment had a lot of new films to choose from. There was plenty of seat room and the toilets were clean. The short haul flights were pleasant. A cheese sandwich and beverage was quite acceptable for a flight under 90 minutes. Since I found this flight to London I wont fly any other way The transfer was smooth and with no stress.

Trip Verified | Zurich to Singapore. I would like to record my sincere thanks especially to 2 of your flight stewardesses. I was taken ill before flying. When I boarded the plane, I alerted one of the stewardesses that I might require help during the flight. She was kind and patient as she listened to me. She informed a senior crew member and they both took very good care of me during my flight. They made my 12-hour flight home bearable. They showed genuine concern and care towards me despite the flight being full. These 2 ladies went beyond the extra mile when they also ensured that I was alright while waiting for my luggage. I was touched by this kind gesture.

"very attentive cabin crew"

Trip Verified | Bangkok to London via Zurich. Check in was efficient, priority security was same, boarding was chaotic. First sector cabin crew were excellent. I had a throne seat in the small front business cabin which was excellent, apart from the recline controls being under my elbow causing accidental movements (putting the menu card over them resolves the problem). The seat has very good storage and was comfortable. Headphones were not noise cancelling (probably to differentiate First Class) and my Bose would not fit the socket. Second sector was fine, very attentive cabin crew. All on time.

"nothing special in terms of seat"

Trip Verified | London to Zurich with Swiss, connecting to Bangkok on Thai Airways. Check in man at LHR just tersely said computer won't check you in because you do not have a Thai visa (out 11th Dec back 12 Feb). I explained I would be in transit in Bangkok (6 hours) to Hanoi and would get a Thai transit visa on arrival. He would not accept that. I showed him my onward ticket with Vietnam Airlines, 6 hour layover. He grudgingly said he would have to go and speak to someone. After a while he came back grumbling. By then I had dug out my Vietnam visa. He would have to go and speak to someone again. He came back and grumpily said he could check me in. There was clearly an override button on the computer he just did not want to use it. No smile or apology for inconvenience. Flight to Zurich was ok but nothing special in terms of seat, breakfast or crew. ZRH to BKK was Thai Airways codeshare flight. Immigration in Bangkok and transfer was a breeze.

"delay in excess of 3 hours"

Trip Verified | Paris to Zurich in 2017. Last flight with a delay in excess of 3 hours. Swiss rejected all claims pursuant to applicable regulations, hoping client will drop the case. Once on board the Bombardier C Series seats are tightly fitted and poorly sprung. Personnel, on board and in terminal, do what they can with what they are given, but clearly sub-par versus past and competition, despite overall higher price for same leg.
