"Worst experience of my life"
Jordan Hart (United States)
Not Verified | Worst experience of my life. On my wedding night just a few hours before my wife and I were to leave on our honeymoon, Southwest changed our flight throwing off our car rental, parking spot reservation, and hotel stay. It was changed to 48 hours later ... for our honeymoon. When I called to ask for help the girl was extremely rude, and told me “that’s not my issue.” Worst business I’ve ever seen.

"dismantled my stroller"
K Massie (United States)
Not Verified | So disappointed. We always have been loyal to Southwest. Even when people would make fun of us for flying them. We loved flying with them until they completely dismantled my stroller and did not take one ounce of responsibility. Did not offer $1 to fix it. Their policy is obviously in place because they cannot do the right thing. I get it. things happen. But offer to fix it when you broke it. Or hire employees who can handle things with care. Every airline has done something to our things. I get it happens. But never in my life have I received something back that is now unable to use that has not been offered the moment they see it to replace it. Instead we were greeted with a "Maybe you shouldn't travel with such an expensive stroller" Will not be flying anymore. Anyone with a stroller, fly someone else. It's worth it.

"We will fly Southwest again"
Diana Steger (United States)
Not Verified | We took a flight out of Tampa 7/19 to Milwaukee and it was a great flight. Everything was very clean and social distancing was great. We as customers with this virus going on appreciated the care and concern your organization has taking. We will fly Southwest again. Thanks for doing a great job.

"only offered a voucher for future flights"
Wayne Sumner (United States)
Not Verified | Like many others I had to make changes in my plans due to Covid. Southwest only offered a voucher for future flights. No where on there website do they post refund policies involving the Early bird check in option. The problem is the voucher they offer for my early bird check in expires prior to the flight voucher. Somehow this makes sense to them. I hate this airline and will avoid using it in the future. They must need the money more then me.

"crew did an outstanding job"
Michael M Markowich (United States)
Not Verified | I was on flight 1911 today on a direct flight from Milwaukee back to Phoenix. I wanted to comment that the entire crew did an outstanding job in handling customers. Efficient, polite and very friendly. I sometimes fly first class with another airline and they treated me today very well just like a first class customer. It was a great experience. I will be flying with Southwest more in the future. It is very difficult with masks and everything else but it was pleasant to say the least.

"Never again Southwest"
Randall Mattox (United States)
✅ Trip Verified | Purchased return tickets for my mother, son & 3 grandkids to return home from a staycation with us in Atlanta (my mother has COPD and want allowed to take oxygen on either flight but I was assured that a wheelchair with an attendant would be there for her). The evening before the return flight I got a call telling me that they had overbooked the return flight (not my fault or problem) so we changed to a flight 1 hour earlier. Got the family to the airport 1 hour and 20 minutes early ... no wheelchair was there for my mother, they told my son to go find one in the terminal, which took about 20 minutes. No one from Southwest offered to pushed my mother and my son got into the line and passed 2 agents that didn’t say a word that wheelchairs were not allowed in that line! Long story short they missed their flight and now they want to split them up to get them home ... can’t and will not happen. I called and no one offered me any help or resolutions. My family is still sitting in the airport. Never again Southwest.

"Flight attendants were also great"
N Ward (United States)
✅ Trip Verified | Southwest is always a good trip, and this one was no exception. The open seating concept is good in that it gets you to check in on time, and allows you to sit in the front for free. The cabin is also comfortable, but there are no USB ports or power outlets. Snacks and drinks were free, and there was a good stream to your device entertainment system. Flight attendants were also great. MSP Terminal 2 is nice but lacking in concessions, and BWI is always a good airport to use. So, good experience.

"people went above and beyond"
Cathryn Flanders (United States)
Not Verified | Took a flight from Atlanta Ga. to San Antonio Tx to visit a friend. I did this same flight last year with another carrier had nothing but trouble missed first flight because of run around by the agents at check in at the time I was 16 years my father went to help me. We were there 3 hours ahead of time we did the same this morning and he ask for a gate pass since this was my first flight alone. They are no words to describe the difference the Southwest made in us getting through the line in what I see as record time. I do mean all the Southwest people went above and beyond not only for me but everyone else. Keep up the good work and welcome to Atlanta Ga.

"Excellent flights"
13 reviews Eric Garmen (United States)
✅ Trip Verified | Excellent flights despite COVID-19. On the outbound flight, flight attendants didn't enforce the mask policy, which is disappointing, however they were still friendly and provided an excellent service. Return flight had Flight attendants enforcing mask wearing. Water and small snack bags were given on the short flight. WiFi/IFE app worked great

"Shame on you Southwest"
B Cook (United States)
✅ Trip Verified | I scheduled a spring break trip for my teenage son and I prior to COVID. Because of such, I was forced to cancel the trip. Southwest credited the funds to my Southwest account but only under the original ticket names (my son's name and my name). I am no longer able to travel with my son and have twice requested the funds under his name be transferred to my husband. On both occasions I received only a form letter which outlined their policy and never addressed my actual question. I don't understand this being that they have nothing to lose by transferring the funds to another family members name. I suppose they are hoping, as is the case here, that the funds can't be used. Shame on you Southwest.
