New York JFK to Alicante via Oslo with Norwegian. Great planes, but terrible customer service. The flight From Oslo to Alicante was delayed 4.5 hours. No proper delay explanations, but "we regret to inform you that your flight has been delayed". There were 10 incremental delays. Airline staff knew nothing or did not want to share.

Norwegian flight from Gothenburg to Gatwick, and woke up in Gothenburg to a heavy blanket of snow which closed the airport for several hours and caused a lot of delays and cancellations,. My flight was early evening and despite knock on effects from earlier, it was only 1 hour late departing. Check in was a breeze, amazed at how fast they turned the plane in GOT, boarding fast and efficient, cabin appeared clean and crew smart and professional. Very efficient and friendly inflight service at reasonable prices for a low cost airline, pilots and crew kept us well informed on progress. Within 20 minutes from stepping off plane and collecting baggage from belt I was on a train into London. My first and certainly not my last flight with Norwegian, very slick and efficient operation at an excellent price.

Copenhagen to Los Angeles with Norwegian on the Boeing 787. The boarding process was easy and smooth. The flight departed half an hour after schedule departing time. 1 hour after take off we received our meal that consisted of chicken with rice, coleslaw and a delicious dessert. Beer, wine or soda was included. The inflight-entertainment system was great with the touch-screen. They offered plenty of movies and songs. The map was great. We had seats at the first row in economy class with plenty of leg room. Seat 7G/H/J are great. During the flight we bought and paid for a hot sandwich and two sodas from the touch-screen and a few minutes after one of the cabin crew served us these. Before landing we received the breakfast which only consisted of swedish bread, juice and cookies. The landing was great at ALX with the nice view over Hollywood and Los Angeles.

Los Angeles to Rome via Gatwick with Norwegian, and professional and friendly service from check-in to in-flight. Punctual and on time flights, new planes. I liked that the connecting flights had reasonable layover times. Very reasonable costs for flights and minimal charges. This is not your ordinary "budget" airline in a sense that they do not try to nickel and dime you for everything. Norwegian is comparable to Virgin America. I highly recommend this airline to everyone and can't wait to see the cities it will branch out to. Our tickets to Italy from LAX was about $740 per person after taxes and all extra fees. Also another huge plus is that their planes are somewhat environmently conscious. The inflight meals were pretty good too. The only area that could be improved on was the wifi connection, it was pretty slow but free!

Very pleased with both legs our Norwegian flight round trip from Oakland to Stockholm. Friendly fast service at the airport and onboard. Great selection of movies, TV shows and games for inflight entertainment made the time pass nicely. We booked without the food since we prefer bringing our own, ordered a $7 wine from the snack bar, and were given water on board when I went to the crew to ask for it. I'm tall and found the economy seats to be comfortable. Also appreciate that there was sufficient overhead luggage space on both ways. This is our 8th flight on Norwegian and we have never experienced any delays.

Fort Lauderdale to Oslo, and I must say that I am pretty impressed with Norwegian, especially after reading some of the rather negative reviews. Check in itself was quick, although there was a longer line involving some waiting time so make sure to arrive in time at the airport. Wouldn't complain about online check in, but that is not yet possible in FLL. The plane itself was a new Boeing 787 and cleaner than some of the full-fare airlines I've flown with. Legroom good, fastest and smoothest in-flight entertainment system ever with a good selection of movies and TV shows. Food was ok, included alcoholic beverages with the option to purchase extra snacks and drinks via your touch screen during the flight. The service by the crew was efficient but somewhat rushed although there was plenty of time for everything. I guess you'll have to pay extra for a smile at Norwegian. Flight departed and landed exactly on time so no complaint here. Altogether I would say that you get terrific value for money with Norwegian and would definitely fly again.

I flew Norwegian to Tromso from Oslo to see the Northern Lights in Norway. Norwegian operates as a low-cost airline but its services onboard are not low-cost. Drinks and snacks have to be purchased, I ordered a piece of waffle for NOK 60. The free wifi onboard the aircraft was sufficient to go on social media and read e-mails. Enroute, the captain made an announcement to look out of the windows to see the Northern Lights. The cabin lights were turned off and lo and behold, the faint glimmer of the Northern Lights could be seen from the window. It was an exhilarating sight and a good preview to what I was to expect in Tromso.

Baltimore to Martinique, and Norwegian's affordable plane tickets were a godsend to my family. Thanks to the affordable prices my husband, daughter and I were able to surprise our parents for Christmas and New Years. We had not celebrated Christmas together as a family in 16 years! Thanks to these affordable prices many Martiniquan Americans will be able to visit family in Martinique more often and as a family, instead of choosing who can travel because the prices are too high. The customer service given on the flights was impeccable. The refreshments were reasonably priced and appreciated.

On return flight from Gatwick to New York the arrival was delayed by 1hr as we taxied from T1 to T8. Something about a gate not being prepared. On the return we had a departure time of 10pm delayed by 3 hrs and received no email or phone text notifying us of the change, which resulted in an avoidable 5.5 hr wait in JFK. A slightly cramped feeling in the cabin and it was a less than comfortable transatlantic experience we'll be sure to miss next time.

Gatwick to Lanzarote with Norwegian and all was great. Great price, check in process, new aircraft and cabin crew. I'd go as far as saying they are better than British Airways. Economy prices with premium feel.
