BKK-INC-Tel Aviv in Prestige class. A330-300 BKK-INC Upgrade to first class cabin through online check-in. INC-Tel Aviv 777-200 lie flat seats which are basically the old lie flat first class Kosmo sleeper - perfect for travel on any long hall flight. FA's were great cabins were clean and food was ok. I have already booked another round trip on the same route for next month - excellent value for money.

JFK-ICN-BNE. JFK-ICN Business Class on an almost new A380. Business class takes up the entire upper deck. The seat is a shell type with a full flat bed and excellent seat pitch (around 74'). IFE is good with a reasonable selection of movies music and the sky show. Food and wines offered on this flight were of good quality. Flight attendants were excellent and very attentive and toilets were kept immaculately clean at all times. ICN-BNE on an A330-300 aircraft clean and well presented seats were shell type with slightly angled lie flat beds. FA's were excellent as they had been on my previous 3 flights. I did not eat dinner on this flight I flattened my bed out and managed to sleep until breakfast about 1 hour before we landed in Brisbane. Breakfast (a quiche) was not particularly appetising and I left most of it.

LAX-ICN-KUL in Business "Prestige" Class. Excellent service on all fronts. Lounge area on the A380 is a very pleasant place to relax during the longer flight. Seats are very comfortable although a higher quality headset blanket and pillow would truly round out the product on offer.

HKG-ICN on new A380 business class. Check-in was great the staff helpful. Immigration staff were extremely rude lounge was alright. Not much food or drinks served but comfortable chairs. The cabin crew welcomed me with a drink and the pilot came around welcoming each passenger by their surname. Food was good! Good AVOD and comfortable seats. I strongly recommend KE for both domestic and international flights.

AKL-INC-LHR return. The 2nd time we have flown prestige class with Korean and in 2 years they have lifted their game considerably. All legs were the new pod style seat which have much better recline not lie flat but we knew this and they are ok comfort wise if you ask for extra pillow to pad the seat on long flights. AVOD on all legs now which makes stopping for a meal etc easy. As another reviewer has said it is a pity that the entertainment offered is the same on all legs alternating movies on different legs would give you a lot more choice. Flight attendants were great introduced themselves and us by name were quick professional and friendly. Food was fine no western food but good to try something different. Amenity kits were handed out on each leg as well as mouthwash in the toilet razors etc. Toilets were clean throughout. Lie flat seats are the only thing that would make a huge difference on long haul but what they are now offering has greatly improved since 2009.

We have travelled on in excess of 10 different international airlines in the last 12-15 years and rate Korean Air amongst the top. The cabin crew were friendly and polite and were always on hand with fruit juice coffee or water during the two 12 hour flights to London (and on our return also). The toilets were always clean and fresh and the meals tasty and well presented. We especially appreciated the seat pitch which gave us a lot more leg room than on some other airlines.

HNL-BKK business class. Seats were comfortable on B777-200 from HNL-CN. Staff very attentive. Blanket is thick and warm. Food was superb even for a vegetarian. Two 4 course meals with snacks in between. Bathrooms cleaned every 30 mins. I sat in 7a which has extra leg room and is very quiet. ICN-BKK on B777-300. Seats were a bit more comfortable than the 200. Inflight amenities kit offered on first leg but not on second. Looking forward to my return to Hawaii.

MEL-SEL-CTS then NRT-SEL-MEL. Cannot fault this airline great entertainment lots of movies and games. Comfy seats very attentive staff food was very good for economy. Got put up in the Grand Hyatt overnight in Seoul with a free buffet breakfast and dinner. All round great experience highly recommended!

MNL-ICN. B777 - very clean aircraft with well groomed and efficient flight attendants. I had no expectations before flying with them but I was pleasantly surprised. IFE selection is excellent food onboard is satisfactory. ICN-MNL. Service wasn't as good some flight attendants' grooming was mediocre. They ran out of meal selection and could only offer seafood. FA checked available meals in Business class and offered fish which was fine with me. Crew generally have an excellent service attitude.

SIN-INC-SEA. No delays with flight. Service was great flight attendants are very friendly and food was great. Overall I'll definitely fly Korean Air again!
