✅ Trip Verified | Worst airline service ever. They will not provide any information on the travel requirements (such as transit visa requirement) even customer would have reached out to them they'll not be providing any information and if you could not be able onboard to aircraft due to the transit visa requirement they are not even ready to provide a refund or option for an alternative ticket. Such a pathetic service from the airline and the customer care service team.

Not Verified | The worst airline I have ever traveled. Delayed, no internet, no entertainment. Food menu in front of us nothing available for an international flight. The tray was sticked with a tape which was opening regularly hit my partner’s head when she was sleeping on my lap

✅ Trip Verified | I flew Batik tree times this year and had many problems every time. Just consider delays as normal, they always wait for every other airplane in connection so you can easily expect hours of delays, just relax and enjoy your waiting. They board the aircraft and they just leave you there waiting for a lot of time, if you want some water of course you have to pay, like it’s normal to keep you for hours on the ground inside a plane with air conditioning not working. Do not pre-book meals, just eat something before boarding. First time they change the food I ordered with a different meal (not caring about food restrictions), second time they didn’t even sent the food, there was a miscommunication. The ground staff is very unprepared, every problem you have they say they can’t fix it but you can open a compliant, like it makes something. Batik is for sure the worst airline company I’ve ever tried. Stay away from them!

Not Verified | I flew to Melbourne from Jakarta via Denpasar. The schedule was to have 3 hours transit time in Denpasar. Unfortunately the flight from Jakarta was delayed for 3 hours ground crews were not very helpful, they did not properly annouce when the air plane would depart. This airline is just the same with its group airlines, delay is part of the culture.

Not Verified | I chose 12:05pm to fly back to KL for a reason, and at my boarding time, I was told that the 12:15pm flight would board first - no explanation. When I insisted they said because the flight would be arriving late - no announcement. I think a regularly delayed airline is disrespecting their passengers, travelling is already a stress event to have them delayed EACH time (my flight from KL to Bali on 31 Jul was also delayed) is irresponsible. At least as a courtesy, you can announce it so we can let people know and the disruption of time is not extended to our family or colleagues expecting us at the other end. Do not fly Batik Air unless you have much free time

✅ Trip Verified | I have been flying for more then 20 years . This is one of the first flights that sells water in the aircraft. They should find some better ways to earn money then through this inhuman practice. First they ask passengers to empty the water bottle due to security reasons and then they ask for money in the aircraft. There was an inflight service in the Kuala Lumpur to Bali leg, when I asked for headphones, they refused. Why were they providing such services when we could not use it. The staff were also rude and uncourteous. I feel such airlines should be disallowed from operating.

✅ Trip Verified | So my entire family of 11 members was flying back where my uncle suddenly fell ill and the crew did an amazing job in making him feel comfortable. They gave him blankets, medicine and even hot coffee. Further gave my aunt and sister a different place to sit so that my uncle can sleep and rest. Special thanks to Aira for the extra help. In general the entire crew of OD208 did an amazing job!

✅ Trip Verified | Batik Air has a reputation for non-reliability as far as punctuality is concern, worst experience this time though. Flying in from Singapore to KL on 16th Jul 2023 was also delayed because of my arrival into KL. On the 19th Jul 2023, heading back also turned out to be a disappointment as the flight OD 807 was delayed by 1 hr 45 min.

✅ Trip Verified | If you're thinking of flying Batik Air, you may want to reconsider the fact that their plane can have malfunction AC mid flight, and tell you to deal with it. On the 7/7/2023, between Singapore to Indonesia, AC was faulty. Every passenger was sweating throughout the trip with select individuals hyperventilating from the heat, and nothing else was offered for the fares we paid for adequate serviced planes that is supposed to be operationally ready for their customers. Have contacted customer support, and they refuse to make amends for passengers that had to endure this tiresome 2hr journey without proper air conditioning. Such a disappointment.

✅ Trip Verified | The worst airline. Late flight, late baggage. Disgusting food onboard. Simply worst experience. In flight entertainment was not working.
