Aeroflot Russian Airlines

Dusseldorf to Tokyo via Moscow, and Aeroflot was a big positive surprise! On every flight leg the same: clean and well designed cabin, highly professional flight attendants with often a genuine friendliness. Tasty meals of good standard. All four flights more or less in time. Transfer at Sheremetyevo Terminal 2 extremely fast and easy - absolutely no reason to be afraid of (as I was before, since I have read bad things about Sheremetyevo). On the sector Moscow-Tokyo they provided socks and night shades. Cannot comment on the entertainment program since I didn't use it. Alcoholic drinks limited to white and red wine, no beer. But who cares? My Aeroflot experience left a very good aftertaste - and of course I would fly them again.

First time with Aeroflot. Short two hour flights Moscow to Astrakhan and back. Great on time flights, modern and clean aircraft, nice cabin crew, professional and polite. Aeroflot uniform definitely among the most stylish cabin crew uniforms. All in all, really great job.

Istanbul to Hong Kong via Moscow. The Aeroflot flight from Istanbul was delayed a few hours, and would have appreciated some information about this delay. However Aeroflot staff were outstanding at helping us to transfer to our Moscow to Hong Kong leg. Flew business class and had to be amongst the best. Great flat bed and excellent cabin service. Food well presented and of a good quality. They even provided fresh flowers and white linen tablecloth with Bollinger champagne. The wine list was outstanding. Would definitely recommend Aeroflot especially business class which is excellent value for money.

Tokyo to London Heathrow via Moscow, returning Milan to Tokyo via Moscow with Aeroflot. Check in is smooth and al flights were on time. Clean cabin and lavatory. The food and drink served is good. Cabin crew is friendly. In NRT-SVO flight, some cabin crew speak Japanese. The A330-300 seat is good for sleep, and the A320 and A321 seat is okey for 4 hour flight. Very good value for money.

I often travel with Aeroflot on the route Moscow - Milan return on the A321. The economy class is good but not amazing. The seat isn't that comfy, but the food is okay. The service and cabin crew attention is great. In general, Aeroflot is a good airline that I can recommend to everybody.

Aeroflot from Los Angeles to Moscow, and a really amazing business class service, the best I have had. The flight attendants served food that was restaurant quality. Dinner was served with a rose and there were a lot of little extras. They had excellent toiletries in the bathrooms, and offered slippers in business class. They had as many English language movies and TV shows on a Russian airline as I would have found on an American one. The seats are fairly standard for international business class, I have seen the same model on El Al and almost the same model on American Airlines.

I have never left a review before, but after our flight from New York to Moscow with Aeroflot I wanted to. The service we received is so much better than in the US. I am flying alone with a baby in my arms (age 1.5 years). We were provided with a cot onboard and baby food, and during the flight baby I rested and staff were super. So much attention and care from Aeroflot staff. Thank you. I will always fly Aeroflot.

Munich to Kazan via Moscow with Aeroflot was without any problems, but my second flight on the Superjet 100 had a delay. The Aeroflot hub at Moscow Sheremetevo is a nice airport but the Wifi connection speed is very slow, and the toilets are mostly dirty. I flew on an morning flight and the omelette provided was dreadful. The cabin service onboard flights was okay.

The Aeroflot airfares were surprisingly cheap considering they were long-haul flights. New aircraft with comfortable seats. The best meals I had ever had on board a plane, with a very wide range of western movies in addition to professional service from the crew on both legs. However, the airport staff were definitely not up to the standard. For this price I could not have any complaint.

Ekaterinburg to Moscow with Aeroflot. Economy class check in took a little time because I was slightly over the 23 kg limit in my bag - solved by transferring the extra weight to my carry on and seeing a different check in person. Flight was on time, but on arrival at Sherementevo Airport had to wait for a bus to take us to the terminal and it took a long time to get off the plane and into the terminal. Then had to wait for luggage. Flight take off and landings were on time. We received a meal run plus tea coffee etc. The flight was comfortable enough and the cabin crew knew English which was an unexpected bonus. No real inflight entertainment but it was a domestic internal flight. Apart from the exit process from the plane no real complaints about the flight or level of service.
