We indeed, recognize that your journey was stressful and please rest assured the accuracy of the timetables is for us a significant part of the overall experience we seek to offer you. Moreover, as specific boarding procedures are followed, once the gate process is completed, it is not possible for us to accept passengers. When a passenger does not board, we change his/her ticket always according to the fare rules of the initial ticket, as happened in your case. Due to the fact that you were re-protected to a new flight, possibly with a limited number of seats available, we were not able to fulfill the respective request, of sitting along with you friend. Last but not least, as our onboard menu is very carefully selected based on the Greek cuisine, and constitutes a major element in relation to our services offered during our flights, we assure you, that we will pass your feedback to our colleagues at our catering services, for further investigation.
