WORLD LONG-HAUL FIRST CLASS SURVEY



This annual Competitive Performance Survey analyses the quality of First Class Product and Service features for over 32 major airlines based upon medium / long haul routes.

The study evaluates front-line standards for each airline's Product and Service Quality levels -  the analysis applied across both the Airport and Onboard environments.

Each airline is assessed for Airport Services on their home base, hub airport. Competitive Performance ranking for the Survey airlines is split between Product and Service "delivery" functions.
