Avoid row 9, as you sit just behind the wall between Economy and Business Class, so less space than in other Eco rows (cannot put your feet below the seat in front of you); armrests in row 9 not removable, so you will not profit from empty neighbour seats in this row as well.

Business Class : A300

Avoid row 8 (last row of Business Class), as the seats here are not as much reclinable as in other rows (due to the wall between business and economy class).
