Airbus A320 - Economy Class

Best seats for legroom and comfort are the exit row 12ABC or 12DEF, row 11 is also an exit row with good legroom, however, the seats on row 11 do not recline due to row 12 behind them being an exit row.

Beware of online check in and seat allocation! On 6th Dec we checked in online for the Alicante - Gatwick flight BA6967 and chose seats 8B and 8C as they were shown as being in front of the emergency exit and so with extra leg room. Not so!It was an extra row put by the side of the emergency exit with less leg room and non-reclining seats: a very uncomfortable flight!

Airbus A320 / A321 - Economy Class

Ask for first row of economy A or C, the middle seat is never used (left at half size) so only 2 seats abreast in that row only- ideal for books and magazines and that bit extra elbow space.
