British Airways Premium Economy Class Flight Review London Heathrow to Shanghai
DEPARTURE SERVICE
Service at Heathrow was friendly and efficient. Very nice executive club lounge in Terminal 5.
CABIN APPEARANCE
Boeing 777 was very clean, seats and video displays were a bit worn. Carpet and lavatories
throughout aircraft clean and organized.
SEATING COMFORT
World Traveller Plus seats are quite roomy, more legroom and better recline then economy.
Biggest downside is the poor size of the personal TV screen.
ONBOARD CATERING
Main meals were decent but not brilliant. Continuous drink trays offered throughout the
flight. Lots of snacks and drinks available throughout the flight in the galley at the back of
the plane.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Movie choice very current and a great selection of TV shows. However, screen size was pretty
small which made viewing a little uncomfortable.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
All of the cabin staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the flight.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
All arrival services went smoothly and without delay.
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
Overall an easy, comfortable and pleasant journey. Will definitely be flying with BA again on
this route.
