DEPARTURE SERVICE
Service was very smooth. We got there much earlier than needed and the check in assistant let us drop
our bags early.
CABIN APPEARANCE
The cabin could have been cleaner, but this is the price you pay for a cheap fare and a fast
turnaround.
SEATING COMFORT
The seating was comfortable. We managed to get exit row seats so the legroom was fine.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE
The cabin crew seemed friendly, although the purser seemed a little tired of his job.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
We were kept waiting at the gate for quite some time for the ground staff to bring the stairs.
Nearly 75% of the passengers had deplaned by the time the back stairs were on.
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
The flight was fine considering its price and duration, although I still prefer full service
airlines.
