Check-In was okay but be early!


CABIN APPEARANCE

Cabin was okay , not spotless but acceptable. Due to the fact that the 747-400 has seen many years of heavy service, the aircraft was okay . Toilets working and fairly clean.


SEATING COMFORT

My seat was well worn and broken at left side which ruined my trousers. Little extra legroom, first seating row.


ONBOARD CATERING

Meals where okay lacking a bit of presentation, Otherwise plentiful and tasty if you like Persian style. Alcohol-free of course. Generously served refreshments.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Inflight entertainment near to non-existent. Announcement system was squeaky but messages delivered where widely ignored by Iranian passengers.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Staff was friendly and attentive. English language skills pretty limited.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Airline services where up-to-date. Reconfirmation of flights 72 hrs before departing time is requested!


CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT

Cheap tickets; you get your money worth, that’s it.
