DEPARTURE SERVICE

Check in quick and painless, used First Lounge which does an amazing cooked breakfast.

CABIN APPEARANCE

Pretty tatty and in need of care - leather marked and scuffed. Edges of some seats had seen better days as well/

SEATING COMFORT

Seats pretty comfortable, and very easy to stretch out

ONBOARD CATERING

No longer able to eat when you like, replaced with a more formal dining pattern. Amouse Bouche, followed by Scallops with Artichoke mash, a chicken and Ham pudding with parsley mash, Orange Souffle and cheese. No raid the larder available, and Afternoon Tea before JFK, was the same that used to be served in Club

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Exactly the same as in Club and World Traveller. No personal players anymore

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Friendly and good attitude.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Awful, my old passport details had been supplied to US Authorities, causing a 20 minute interrogation.

CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT

Actually struggling to work out what the difference is between First and Club, given the marked difference in price.
