Cabin of this A340-500 extremely clean and new looking.


SEATING COMFORT

Seats in this all Business Class aircraft are 1-2-1. These are the new seats used on the A380. Comfortable and large seats which can be folded very easily to a comfortable full flat bed.


ONBOARD CATERING

Meals on 17.30 hrs. non stop flight, are very fresh and tasty with nice choices. All dishes are finished on board. Good choice of wines.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

KrisWorld is probably the best entertainment system in the world. Great choice of films, games etc. Very nice and large flat screen monitor.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Cabin staff great. Service can be a little hectic and disorganized but the standard is kept throughout the flight. Attentive and friendly crew and available. Call button always answered immediately.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Arrival in New York with easy deplaning, easy passport control but luggage delivery was slow.


CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT

Very nice and comfortable flight even though it is the longest commercial flight in the world.
