DEPARTURE SERVICE

Berlin Tegel is a very small airport. Check-in procedure was very easy and fast.

CABIN APPEARANCE

Very old plane (B 767-300), cabin itself was O.K. but bathroom was very dirty after only a few hours flight time.

SEATING COMFORT

The space you can expect when flying economy. Seats are as old as the plane, it seemed.

ONBOARD CATERING

Nothing special: Chicken or Pizza. Pizza wasn´t all baked through it seemed, but OK.

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

One overhead screen for the movies. Movie and music O.K. but the inflight magazine was the one from last month, so it didn´t help.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Service was okay although I expected them to be a little bit more friendly.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Delta has the oldest terminal at JFK. Luggage came in pretty quick.

CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT

For the price we paid it was an alright flight. Nothing really bad, neither really good okay.
