The seats were good and the pitch was fine for such a short flight.

The BA "snack" now comprises a large bag of nuts, which was fine.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

BA staff always seem to make their announcements with a certain humour, which I like. Crew were present throughout the flight.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

From plane to baggage collection took no more than 10 minutes. Slight delay in getting the air bridge to the plane.


CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT

Nothing to complain about on this flight at all. The E170s are a very nice addition to the City Flyer fleet.
