DEPARTURE SERVICE
I love the fact I can turn up such a short time before the flight. My case was weighed and came out
as 3 kg overweight. I had checked this beforehand and it was just under the weight limit, so be
careful when bag dropping there. However, I wasn't charged.
CABIN APPEARANCE
I really wish VLM would phase out the beige leather look, but that's just a matter of taste. The
cabin was very clean save a sweet wrapper in the magazine pocket in front of me.
SEATING COMFORT
Seats very comfortable and the seat pitch is very good.
ONBOARD CATERING
Breakfast roll had no flavour whatsoever. Coffee was great and all drinks were served in glass and
china. I really appreciated the boiled sweet before take off and the Belgian chocolate mid-flight.
You hardly see that these days.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Not applicable.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Friendly and efficient cabin crew.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Eindhoven airport is small and we were lucky enough to land when no other passenger aricraft were
present so passport control was very quick.
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
Great flight overall. VLM are one of the last proper airlines around so let's hope KLM don't
completely ruin it.
