British Airways : FLIGHT REVIEW |

DEPARTURE
I'd checked in online as soon as I could to reserve the best seat but couldn't print by boarding
pass. Did so at the airport to find they'd changed the seat. Presumably to keep the riff-raff out
of the predominantly Club Europe cabin on the B757. Were kept waiting for what seemed like forever to board.
CABIN
One of BA's older planes, a B757, which they are phasing out - and it showed. However, the cabin was clean.
SEATING
Leather seats very comfortable.
CATERING
The BA breakfast now consists of flavourless ham, cheese or bacon rolls (I know we were lucky to be
fed in this economic climate, but still). The only vaguely breakfast-relatied option was the bacon
roll. Coffee was OK, nothing special.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Not applicable.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
The cabin crew was efficient and the anouncments were certainly more friendly and humerous than on
other airlines. The presence of the crew was minimal throughout the flight.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrived at terminal 3 to a remote stand and were bussed to the shabby terminal only to have to walk
for ages to get to the baggage reclaim (by which time it still hadn't arrived, even after UK border
control).
CUSTOMER VERDICT
I think BA have really gone downhill recently due to the economic problems.
