DEPARTURE

Very courteous check in at Changi T2, however the check in staff were not sure if I could use the Business Class lounge at T3 and I realized I could. The Silver Kris Business Class lounge in T3 was very quiet and had a great selection of reading material and hot and cold dishes. Boarding is generally efficient in T2 but a bit stodgy.

CABIN

Cabin ambiance was excellent, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Seats were a bit worn out, as stated in previous reviews. The washrooms were very clean and well stocked.

SEATING

The new business class seats (it was a 777-300ER) are outstandingly wide and spacious with great legroom and seat pitch. It is actually a very comfortable and wide sofa in the air! The seat is top notch with much privacy and high standards of comfort including the conversion into a superb flat bed!

CATERING

The meal service was tops. There was a wide range of non-vegetarian dishes and on Indian sectors, SQ could introduce an international vegetarian selection as well. Cocktails and wines were great!

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

The huge flat screen tv are a delight. The range of inflight entertainment was great but could have had more recent blockbusters. Music was excellent.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

SQ crew is very attentive, extremely well-trained, very warm and efficient.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Prompt delivery of baggage at arrivals.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

Superb, rather impeccable. Highly recommended.
