SWISS International Airlines Business Class Flight Review Zurich to Miami
DEPARTURE SERVICE
Lengthy check-in queue at main airport check-in terminal. Should have used the check-in desks by the
train terminal, always empty. Made way to lounge which was busy. Quite limited amount of newspaper. Used free internet station for few minutes.
CABIN APPEARANCE
Nice and clean on A-340, seated in 4K, so private cabin feeling.
SEATING COMFORT
Seat fine for day flight although privacy does not exist. Not even a partition sliding panel between the 2 seats.
ONBOARD CATERING
Good meal service with several choices offered, and available. Quantity was sufficient and crew
polite and courteous towards passengers. Nice ice cream trolley during half way through the flight during the movie.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Bit disappointed by the movie choice. Although at first glance it looks large, nothing really
striking and recent except 1 or 2. Ended up listening to the music instead, much better than the film selection.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Good professional cabin crew, polite and discreetly efficient.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Almost record time from plane touching down to waiting for the taxi, 40 minutes. Unseen for Miami, a US airport!
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
Overall a good day flight which did not seem to last 10hours, all I wanted. Efficient and
professional crew, well coordinated and looked after the passengers.
