DEPARTURE SERVICE
Senator lounge at Frankfurt is just a mess at any time of the day. Decent foods and plenty of drinks
were available. This time no special service for F class passengers as in the past.
CABIN APPEARANCE
A lot of legroom. Cabin clean and well lit.
SEATING COMFORT
Seat full reclining to become a true bed. The table is very wide and can accomodate two person for dining.
ONBOARD CATERING
Wide selection of appetizers and main course (including caviar), Excellent quality.
Two white and two red wines plus champagne and Port. Furthermore a wide selection of soft drinks and liqeurs.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Personal video with an acceptable selection of movies and video (it should be improved). Video
screen too small (old style)
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Efficient and courteous FAs, always around the cabin during night flight.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrival in Bangkok perfect with special service teking F class passeggenrs with an electric cart to
a special passport control lane. Butler service taking care of checked.in luggages.
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
Nothing more to ask. Perfect.
