DEPARTURE

Separate check-in for premium class in Santiago. Lounge is clean and well designed, with all the services you could expect (except food that is below standards, at least European standards).


CABIN

B767 maybe newly refurbished. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere on board, and clean.


SEATING

Fully flat bed, long enough for a tall person, facing forward. Large TV screen. Seemed to me that it was the same seat as Thai's 777 except it goes fully flat and has more legroom.


CATERING

OK food, very nice wines. Only regret is they wouldn't give us bottled water but glasses, less convenient when you want to sleep (it was a daytime flight). Menu is nicely presented, many nice little touches that make you feel good.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Very good music selection, lots of movies, but a bit old.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Lovely and efficient.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Flight was on time, luggage was delivered promptly.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Based on my experience on long haul it easily competes with the best in Europe, except for the lounges.
