Everything fine and friendly staff - BKK Airport is despite of its age not sufficient. (Long distances, poor infrastructure, shops, waiting areas, especialy in domestic area.) Chiang Mai Airport, construction works but appropriate for this small airport.


CABIN

Excellent, although the 747-400 and A300 for the short flight where definitly old models.

Excellent legroom and seats

Very good (under 1hr flight time) vegetarion option was available, (drinks served 4 times)

Newspapers available - Engish and Thai + flight informations on central screen

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Very good organisation. We could check our baggage from the international flight (Austrian Airlines) to the final destination (two baggage Claims, international and domestic) quick delivery (full 747) less than 15 minutes from arrival.
