DEPARTURE

Good service, access to ZRH lounge. Lounge is big and nice with some quiet and cosy corners to relax before a flight. Limited amount of reading materials. Boarding was a little chaotic as no priority line for J class passengers and not from the usual gate, work under way which meant no air conditioning: not a pleasant wait.


CABIN

Good with grey leather seats in a 2x2 configuration with middle seat left empty.


SEATING

Good and particularly like the small video screens available on Airbus planes (flew A320) which are a nice touch over usual Boeing 737.


CATERING

Okay salad with cheese and desert. Good choice of alcool from the bar including Champagne.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Good.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Good with discreet but efficient and professional staff.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Very good arrival service at LHR. Priority tag worked well as bag was 1st to arrive on the conveyor belt, about 15' after landing. Was out of the airport within 20 minutes, a record for LHR !


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Overall good flight at a reasonably well priced fare: Swiss business upgrade.
