Could have been better. I had to wait for the check in staff to finish their conversation before I could drop my bag.

Clean cabin but could do with updating.


SEATING

Comfortable seats and good seat pitch for short flights.


CATERING

The standard of the sandwhich was very high but the portions were measly. The Belgian chocolates were excellent and all the drinks were served in glass/china.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Friendly cabin crew that were willing to banter with people. Cheers up a dull flight.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

The plane was parked on the furthest stand from the terminal so had to get the bus: ridiculous for such a short distance. Baggage was delivered quickly.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

VLM is a great little airline and other small airlines should follow their example. The flight was very pleasant as usual.
