DEPARTURE
Flight was delayed for 3 hours because "there were no crew" according to explanation of the airport
staff. The ones that eventually turned up have done everything to highlight multiple times how happy
and grateful passengers should be for them agreeing to fly on such a short notice. Return flight was
cancelled, then back on, then cancelled after all 190 passengers were already on board for the
reason that airline was aware about before boarding! No representative of airline at any stage of
the problem. Took 6 hours to organise transfers. No management and no service!
CABIN
Seats were dirty, crashed chocolate on many. Dirty floors. No seatbelt extensions for kids!
SEATING
Extremely limited space between seats considering that flight was 6 hours.
CATERING
There was only enough food for about 20 passengers, staff they ran out of it on both flights. It was
served for 2.5 (!) hours. Only food that was available was mainly chocolate bars and fizzy drinks.
Overpriced.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Okay.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Aggressive staff, irresponsible. They knew that they didn't have enough food as haven't ordered it but
didn't warn passengers about it so kids who were sitting in the middle didn't have food for over 6
hours during the flight. Being very slow in everything refused to sell a chocolate bar for 2 year
old because that particular trolley served different seats, took 2 hours for another to get to the
seat. Not helpful to anyone. Ignored simple requests most of the times.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Everything that was not depending on airline went fine.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
By far the worst flights and airline I've ever been on. No management, No service, No responsibility
from staff members. Complaints are not dealt with, just standard note of apology if anything at all.
The only thing that airline managed to do is eventually take off with massive delays both times and land.
