DEPARTURE SERVICE
Good, check-in staff was friendly. Even though the queue was quite long, the check-in procedure was
fast and efficient.
CABIN APPEARANCE
The cabin was good and clean.
SEATING COMFORT
Ok, enough space but no cabin entertainment.
ONBOARD CATERING
Meals and drinks had to be paid. Prices were fair - a drink + baguette + snack for 5.50 €.
Negative: No free drink or meal offered on return flight, although the departure was twelve hours late.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
No entertainment offered.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Outbound they were good, helpful and friendly. Return efficient, but cabin staff did not show much empathy for the passengers which were all
a bit tired and irritated because of the delay. The check-in agents at SUF were neither friendly nor
efficient. With regard to the delay, no information was given at the beginning; later on, given information was misleading.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Baggage delivery and deplaning were ok, transfer was not used.
CUSTOMER TRIP VERDICT
Normal low-cost standards. Friendliness and helpfulness could have been much better after the delay
on return flight. Rating: Still fair - as flight CGN-SUF was ok, return flight was chaotic.
