DEPARTURE

Check in at Suvarnabhumi Airport was smooth, easy, fast and very friendly. The express card for Fast Track Immigration was most welcome and very very helpful.


CABIN

Excellent condition, the cabin air smell very fresh and soothing, like a new plane out of the factory. Immaculate clean seats and in very good condition. Super clean toilets with excellent choice of refreshing amenities.


SEATING

Seat was very comfortable and the various adjustments for the legrest was very easy to work with.


CATERING

Meal selection was very good and choices available were just right. Strange that there was no "sweet" being served, either a cake or pastry neither ice cream as on previous flights. Fresh fruits was the norm. But other than the desserts, everything served was of top quality.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Superb and very up to date with the movies being shown.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Excellent crew, friendly and extremely helpful.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Fast arrival, easy and baggage delivery was fast too at Barcelona airport.
