DEPARTURE

Excellent service on departure. Was escorted to the aircraft by a representative.


CABIN

Very full flight even in business class. Cabin was crowded but clean.


SEATING

An overnight 4 hour flight should have more leg room and seat recline. This is the same aircraft used for domestic flights so a bit disappointing.


CATERING

Acceptable with good choices, except the dessert. We were served Tiramisu which was tasteless and a tower of cream. Although they advertise Dom Perignon champagne in Premiere but they had Veuve Clicquot.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Good choices.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Polite crew but unable to manage a full flight from a small service galley of a 737-800 aircraft. Service is very slow which really eats into the resting time. You have to eat dinner or go hungry as they don't offer an option of dinner or breakfast.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Arrived punctually and connected to our onward flight.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Boeing 737 aircraft on this sector is a let down but being used for economic reasons. The wide bodied planes are far superior. They dont offer amenity kits for this 4 hour overnight flight which is a minus.
