DEPARTURE

All was quite satisfactory at both ends.

CABIN

Economy cabin was old and tired, but comfortable, clean and spacious. Outbound flight from London helped by fact that flight was only half full.

SEATING

Seating was comfortable despite being a little old. Leg room was excellent. I am 6'3" tall and had more than enough legroom making the 12 hour journey almost a pleasure.

CATERING

Meals were excellent, especially on the outbound leg of the journey.

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Poor. Inflight entertainment was on shared screens for the whole cabin. No personal TV screens. Choice of movies was very good. If you have a personal media player though, take it with you.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Excellent. Efficient, kind, friendly. All in all, first class.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Good, baggage made transfer from Bangkok to Phuket no problem.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

Overall I was very impressed with the service. Major plus was amount of legroom in economy, big minus was the entertainment.
