DEPARTURE

Friendly and helpful staff member at the Emirates check-in at AKL. Everything explained about express clearance with customs in New Zealand as a business passenger. Given complementary access pass to Emirates Lounge.


CABIN

Very few passengers in the cabin this flight. Place clean and all amenities in my seat area. Staff helpful in ensuring passengers seated comfortably.


SEATING

Seat comfortable whilst sitting. Found that the table access was uncomfortable for me, having a larger build it was awkward accessing the table. Also the bed in the flat position did not really allow for much wriggle room, it felt a bit closed in.


CATERING

Food superb. The bar area at the back of the business class cabin is a great innovation. A great range of drinks to be had with many different types of finger food.


INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Emirates ICE inflight entertainment system is one of the best I've ever come across. Easy to use and a vast range of movies, TV shows, games, radio programs to use.


CABIN STAFF SERVICE

The staff on this flight were friendly and very polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they seemed to enjoy their work.


FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Disembarking was quick and the bags arrived promptly.


CUSTOMER VERDICT

Overall a very pleasant and relaxing trip. Emirates are to be commended on the professionalism of their staff and the attention to detail provided on this flight.
