DEPARTURE

Slow and confused. The flight was shown as departed before it was even boarded. Charged £40 excess baggage although our baggage was weighed at both our hotel in UK and Bristol airport on the journey to Sharm el Sheikh and was found to be within the weight limits. The check in clerk told us if we did not pay he would not check us in there was a queue of people behind us so we paid.

CABIN

Only one toilet working at rear of plane. The plane was extremely shabby.

SEATING

Very uncomfortable. Very little leg room. (I am 5 feet 5 inches tall). Seating broken, some seats would not stay in the upright position. Tray on back of seats broken.

CATERING

Poor, although I was unable to eat my meal as the seat in front of mine was constantly reclined. Which made it impossible to use the seat tray.

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

Poor the sound through the headphones was inaudible.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

They did their best, they were obviously tired. They told the passengers their day had started at 8 am and we did not arrive in Bristol until after 10.30 pm.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Good we had no problems.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

A brilliant holiday which was marred by a thoroughly unpleasant flight back to the UK due to the condition of the plane.
