DEPARTURE
Very crowded at ICN but there was counters for "no baggage" passengers. Check-in done in 5 minutes. I
asked for exit row and request fulfilled with smile.
CABIN
A330-300 with no AVOD showing its age as the upholstery and carpet look tired. Cabin and washroom clean though.
SEATING
Older seats tend to be better padded compared to the newest equipment. Good legroom and decent
recline enabled me to get some rest.
CATERING
Great mixture of oriental recipe with western presentation. Tofu salad was tasty.
Chicken stew with Korean ginseng and sweet rice was one of the best airline meals I had.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Not much to discuss about since IFE was very limited. AVOD is becoming mandatory for flights over 3 hours.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
FA's were very polite and courteous but they lacked enthusiasm and willingness. Meal service was quite slow.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Noi Bai Airport was a little messy with people but the flow was quite smooth. Nice warm welcome from nice people.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
If the flight attendants can perform service like its competitor Asiana Airlines, this airline will be 5-star.
