DEPARTURE
Sydney Airport (T1 international) was undergoing some renovation work on the day of our departure
and consequently there wasn't much in the way of shopping airside. This is mentioned on their
website to be fair.
CABIN
No issues with the cabin which was clean and tidy in our section.

SEATING
Comfortable seat with plenty of leg room as expected in Premium Economy. Extra couple of inches
recline and slightly wider seat added to the comfort value. Calf support of no real help unless one
is on the very short side.
CATERING
Better than expected. In fact I'd even go so far as to say they were very good. No difference from
economy but with more room it was certainly more of a pleasure to eat.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
AVOD. Worked well. Easy operation and no reboot/s required. Content of video was quite poor.
Film selection especially despite large number of available titles.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Staff were attentive and courteous. Had the knack of being there when needed and we were left alone
to sleep.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrived into Heathrow terminal 4. Baggage transferred directly to domestic flight but one didn't
make it until the following day. Transfer to new terminal 5 was easy and very impressive it is to.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
A very enjoyable flight. Service up to BA's good standards. The forced disembarkation at BKK late at
night is a necessary evil however it wasn't helped by the late arrival of the crew at the airport
(not their fault apparently) which meant we were nearly an hour late in leaving
