DEPARTURE
Kiosk check in is a breeze. Even asked me if I wanted to upgrade using points to which I gladly
accepted. Qantas is fantastic in this regard when you only have carry on baggage.
CABIN
B767-30 ER was very clean and not as tatty as other 767s that tend to show their age. Loved the feel
of the cabin, decor and seats. Toilets spotless and again well maintained

SEATING
Comfortable business seats for a five hour trip. Seats appeared to be refits and they provided
adequate levels of support and comfort.
CATERING
The food was delicious, hot and plentiful along with the selection of wines and
drinks. Qantas business class food and catering is of a very high level and I love the small touches
that make the journey that much more enjoyable.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Adequate for the trip. No personal IFE or AVOD. The audio on Qantas is always excellent and offers a
high degree of choice that caters for all tastes.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Efficient and friendly without being in your face. The ladies were constantly smiling and nothing
seemed too much trouble. Faultless on this flight and very enjoyable as it was apparent they were
enjoying the interaction with passengers
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Smooth and speedy in this regard. No check in baggage so straight off the plane
CUSTOMER VERDICT
On this occasion Qantas was brilliant and no wonder the world rates
it as one of the best. Enjoyable, comfortable, great food, happy staff and on time, not much more you could ask for really.
