DEPARTURE
Check in at Heathrow was smooth, using the "Star Alliance Gold" row but no option in Athens meant it
was slower than it should have been.
CABIN
The cabin's in all 4 flights were the same. Leatherette seats with velcro on top where a cloth used
to sit makes them look a little tatty.

SEATING
Seating was comfortable, reasonable leg room but seats felt "flimsy".
CATERING
A single roll and an ice cream on the Zur-Athens links, and a roll London-Zur - enough to stop pangs
of hunger but the bread had that "damp cold" feeling of coming straight from a freezer.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Silent screens showing candid camera type video programs. Take a book!
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Good atitudes and presence in all flights.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Baggage came quickly in both Athens and London.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Reasonable value, few frills service. Main complaint was the lounge in Athens. As the Swiss flgiht
goes from the other terminal to Lufthansa you end up in the shared Swissport lounge. That is not
very good.
