DEPARTURE

Wheelchair assistance for my Wife was excellent at Toronto Pearson. BA Staff were very helpful at this terminal

CABIN

Clean and seats very good, would appreciate a wider seat but extra leg room is much appreciated.

SEATING

As above.

CATERING

Found meals very poor on this overnight flight - breakfast was a small pot of Apple Sauce, a stale roll with a butter like spread and a small water and milk for Tea. The main meal was only a plate of Rice with chicken bits and again the same stale roll!

INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT

The seatback entertainment unit was not working on either of our seats.

CABIN STAFF SERVICE

Staff helpful when asked.

FLIGHT ARRIVAL

Deplaning at Term 4 at Heathrow was slow, waiting for Wheelchair transport, they took 3/4 hour to arrive, then they only had one Cart, for eight passengers that needed Wheelchair help, disgraceful over all Our Bags where checked right thru to Edinburgh and they arrived all okay.

CUSTOMER VERDICT

Okay flight - BA flight was marred by help at Heathrow by the contractors that handle Wheelchair assistance
