DEPARTURE
Overall not bad - came to the airport 1.5hrs before scheduled departure and checked in with plenty
of time. Staff are efficient, even with a few other flights that afternoon.
CABIN
Boeing 777-200ER - inside of cabin is typical for any international airline, nothing too special.
Quite clean/tidy but plane seemed a bit older than other B777's I've been on.

SEATING
Seating was as expected in economy - quite cramped, but the 34inch seat pitch is alot better than
some other airlines.
CATERING
Food was not as good as expected - perhaps its the Perth catering (the food on the return leg was
ALOT better), choice of chicken and seafood and one other. Most drinks available, no dessert though.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Generally okay - had a lot of programming but not as updated as some other airlines. Had the stock
features - AVOD, ie movies, music, games, documentaries, TV shows etc
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Cabin staff were very good - seemed service was quite personal, you weren't treated as another
number. And were very quick when you called them.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
KLIA airport arrivals is very good - take the aerotrain to the main terminal to collect your
baggage. Very nice/smoothly run airport.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Overall very good - 8/10. Could improve with slightly newer planes and better food coming out of
Perth International.
