DEPARTURE
Easy check in at Heathrow T3. SAS have plenty of automated check in machines. No Queue at the
baggage drop so I was checked in and through to security very quickly.
CABIN
Planes were fine in both directions - clean and newish looking.

SEATING
Flew on B737 to Oslo. The seats aren't the most comfortable, but also not the worst I have had to
sit in. Legroom was limited for my 6' 4" frame on the outbound flight but it always is. On the
return I managed to get an exit seat so was pretty happy
CATERING
I hate this latest trend of airlines not providing food. SAS now have 2 standards of economy - the
only difference being that you don't get food unless you are in the economy "plus" area. To charge 9
euros for a sub standard food pack is ridiculous. I paid nearly £400 for my flights to Vilnius ( I
connected to Air Baltic) and to then find I get no food or drink was very strange. They don't
advertise this fact either.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
None
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Had very little contact with them so cannot comment really. They did their job.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Baggage came pretty quickly so was happy with that
CUSTOMER VERDICT
The flights were fine apart from the lack of meals. Both Oslo airport and Arlanda T5 were very
relaxing and quiet places to connect.
