DEPARTURE
Got there about 15 minutes before desk opens. Got to use the express check-in but my brother
passport wouldn't register so the guy who supervised the express check-in booth checked us in on his
desk.
CABIN
OAK-SLC leg I don't have comment on but, on the SLC-YYZ leg, my panel that changes the frequency
for the sound entertainemtn was popping out of my armrest.

SEATING
It was a bit crammed as I was at the rear of the plane, not much legroom and pitch of seat was
decent.
CATERING
Missed service on OAK-SLC. But on the SLC-YYZ leg, they had 2 rounds of drinks (compared to my YYZ-
SLC leg) and unfortunately, the "Buy Onboard" item that I wanted wasn't available.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Didn't really pay attention to flight entertainment, it had one of those screens that came out from
the top every three rows. Screens looked terrible because of the colour quality.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Cabin service took too long because of a full flight, but faster than my intial departue from YYZ to SLC.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Arrival at YYZ was as usual a dismal experience at T3 (like my other arrival 2-3 years earlier with
Cathay Pacific). Baggage took a while but T3 is always like that and they actually have a seperate
place where you pick up boxes/over-sized baggage. There were other people from a BA flight arriving
and not many people took their boxes as there was at least 10-20 boxes there. It toook about 35
minutes to get baggage.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Overall, this return would have to be a bit worse than my trip to Oakland. But certainly better than
my experience on United to SFO and Air Canada return.
