DEPARTURE
Not too crowded. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both departures in time.
CABIN
Boeing 767 with new cabin. Very clean with curious lightning scheme (color of the ceiling lights
changing from time to time).

SEATING
Average seating comfort and space for an Economy cabin. Seats quite new.
CATERING
Not bad for airplane meals. Sufficient quantity (at least for me) and variety. Good choice of
beverages. Permanent availability of drinks.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
From Madrid to Toronto the system just did not work. Air Canada even gave us a 5% discount on the
next flight booked with them to compensate passengers from this adversity. From Toronto to Madrid
the system worked quite well, although it is not the most sophisticated one.
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
Contrary to most comments read about Air Canada, in both flights cabin staff were very polite and
friendly enough. They really seemed to be concerned with the comfort and needs of the passengers.
Male staff more friendly and warm than the female.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
Nothing special to appoint. In Toronto baggage delivery much more delayed than in Madrid, but
acceptable. Both arrivals in time.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
A surprisingly pleasant experience, once the opinions read about Air Canada were, in general, so
negative. Of course my expectations were not high, but even so I have to give solid positive
verdict.
