DEPARTURE
Check in was disorganised. Although checking in 3 hrs before staff were finding it difficult to find
us two seats together. In addition they had to wait for colleagues to 'clear' seats before they
could take them. Other airlines allow you to select a seat when booking which would dramatically
improve the procedure.
CABIN
Everything was clean and in a good condition.

SEATING
In both directions I had the misfortune to occupy a seat which had a large metal box (I believe it
controls the seat back screen) under the seat in front. This means that you cannot stretch your legs
out without moving one of them to the side. In a 10 hour flight this is definitely a problem. There
seem to be one of these boxes for every second seat so the likelihood is someone in your party is
going to have limited legroom.
CATERING
Good choice.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
Good choice of films etc on seat back screen but I would have preferred to have no seat back screen
and be able to put my feet under the seat in front!
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
They appear to rush through everything at the beginning of the flight. Give everyone a drink,
then a meal, then duty free then have a few hours off with the exception of coming through cabin
once with a bottle of water for everyone.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
No problem at all in Las Vegas. Queue for immigration not too bad, through in about half an hour.
It took us longer to get though in Manchester when we came home.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
Departure times were within half an hour of advertised and everything was fine except for the
limited legroom due to the large metal container on one side of the seat in front.
