DEPARTURE
The number of check-in counters is a bit inadequate - the flight was full, but there were only two
counters for economy class passengers. Despite the long queues, the procedure was smooth.
CABIN
An old B747-400. When the passenger in front of me reclines his seat, I couldn't even have a drink
on my table. The cabin was clean and tidy with everything ready.

SEATING
3x4x3, a crowded cabin. With inadequate leg space, it was hard to stay comfortable in a 14-hour long
haul flight.
CATERING
The meals was acceptable - actually not very delicious. The snacks onboard were some nuts, a variety
of cookies and chocolate bars, which were not excellent but okay in quality.
INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT
An individual television for each of us with different choices of movies and short programs. It
contains music in different languages, too. It helped me a lot when I couldn't sleep
CABIN STAFF SERVICE
The crew members were quite polite, and willing to help the passengers onboard. They didn't ignore
the call button, and what I required was sent to me quickly.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL
My flight arrived in the morning, so the crew members said a warm "have a nice day" to me while
leaving the plane. Everything was smooth, baggage was waiting for me on the belt. HKG was wonderful.
CUSTOMER VERDICT
The best choice of flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong. Everything was above my high
expectations, except the cabin. That's what they need to improve, in order to provide a comfortable
space.
